Logitech V450 Wireless mouse?

I originally bought a V450 laser mouse, but i lost the mouse, but still had the reciever. So I bought a another mouse ONLY from Ebay, the same brance, the same model, but wen i put the reciever in, and the mouse with new batteries, it wont work. I dont understand, why it wouldn’t. What do i need to do?

you usually have to sync wireless things like that when they aren’t from the same box, try looking in a manual if you have one on to do it. if you don’t have one, try looking for a tiny button on the receiver and the mouse itself, and try pushing the receiver’s first then the mouse’s.
